Typical B n Q, their staff are a total waste of time.

was well pleased. unfortunatelly a week later some ***** while driving like a fool and having not closed the company van door properly my tool bag, with all my tools and my new Makita fell out and were never seen again. Such is life.

Get the ***** to replace them if not I would give the B****** a F****** kicking.
