Either a dibbit flange or a kympfh. In either case only valuable in multiples of 50
It looks like the endplate of some kind of modular terminal block system, but quite a large size one.

When I first glimpsed them I actually thought they were big Klippon terminals, but they are clearly not as that is a 2 part bit of aluminium in the middle. There is also a spring loaded ball on each side of the aluminium where it has the right angle face on the first pic in the middle.
Just never seen anything like it.

No ID at all on the pieces themselves.

Possibly a surface mount adaptor plate for a, Federal Electric MCB or more likely MCCB?
