25mm 3 core armoured being used between intake and CU position(15-20m away), 100A Switchfuse at intake position suitably fused down until the cutout is upgraded. Do i bond the armor to earth in 4mm or does it require a bigger size due to the increased CSA of the armor. Would check in BRB or OSG but left them in me bag at girlfriends.

Size the CPC apropriatly to the line conductors using the adiabatic equation.

If you don't want to use the equation, then use the table which indicates that for line conductors between 16mm

 
Main 16mm earth cable to main earth terminal, from there 16mm lugged onto the banjo along with the third core which I assume is used as an earth .

Question is not silly BTW.
