Wiring a timer relay module

Hi. I have a single led flood light which runs of mains plug. I require a timer to be added but I am unsure of how to do it exactly any advice much appreciated

I would think we need to verify if this is a UK, or Non-UK application ?.

Hi thanks for your help I purchased one of these of AliExpress actually as I thought it would do the job but it didn't seem to work. As it works off live time and works to set time. What I require is a simple straight forward countdown down from 15/20secs and can be easily reset and adjusted.

So you want a floodlight to only be on for a matter of seconds?

That is correct. I was going to use a switch on it and use my phone for a timer which would work but this process will be quite frequent so would be tedious and it needs to be very accurate so not 100% reliable

Hmm would could that be set to say 15,16 or 17 secs as the dial shows1,3,5 secs etc This isn't as straight forward as I originally thought

Ok so I would that not require the selec 600 relay alongside this? As the elkay states it can be set from 5 sec to 5 mins but I am unsure how this would be set? Apologies for the lack of knowledge or stupid questions lol

That is correct, the switch is adjustable.

Ok perfect how do you tell the set amount of time though as there is no dial or digital metre?

I believe the adjusters are on the reverse side.

little screw on the back controls how much air can flow in and therefore the time delay
