Periodic remedial

Got a customer who had a periodic done on her shop for the insurance company, came back with a few remedial's on it,

She was asking what to send to the insurance company, obviously the periodic test, and my test results for the remedial work, but she was wondering if the was a

I've done few like that Danny, after I did the remedial works the insurers just accepted a letter from their client saying it was all done.

Bit odd but that was it.

what so if i tell her to send them a letter saying test's are done they will be happy?

or should i draft somthing up for her to send?

danny why don't you carry out a pir after you have done the remedials and issue a satisfactory cert

that is all they want

The EIC / MWC as appropriate, making reference to the cert. no. of the PIR, confirms you`ve said the work has been carried out. Usually, that is all they want / need.
