Good evening,

Looking for some advice,

I'm fitting a spa bath and need a power supply for it,

Q) Is it possible to take a spur from the shower supply to power the bath?

I'm thinking this might be ok as only one of them would be in use at anyone time, or would I need to run a completely new supply from the consumer unit down stairs.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated, many thanks

Scott

I would suggest your first point of reference should be the manufactures installation instructions for both the spa and the shower...

See what guidance they recommend....?

I doubt they would anything like what you are proposing...

Unless you are including some switching device/contactor to prevent them both being energised at the same time..

I also doubt I would be using a single supply for both..

Unless of course the shower is a mixer shower & the supply is just a pump..?
