not everything will be running at full load at all times. for a standard house, you can assume 100A max, unless they have 2x showers, electric heating or other high powered loads etc
and the service fuse will always be 100A or less for domestic anyway

Standard main fuse in my area is 80A so main switch is unlikely to ever be overloaded.
