Hi all.

Been to look at a job today, the customer has had a "sparky" in to change the board, but he has done a runner with the cash and hasn't issued any paper work.

So he wanted me to come and make sure all is ok. It all tested out ok, but there isn

 
Looks to me like you being shafted here matey.

In my opinion:

If he wants paperwork, he pays for a PIR, if he wants bonding he pays for bonding and gets a Minor Works specifically for bonding.

I would recommend sticking to standard paperwork and avoid drafting your own.

 
The easiest way is to issue a minor works certificate.

Most boxes will be N/A as it is not a final circuit.

Just do an end to end continuity to verify connections etc.

 
thats sounds good to me, i told him he aint getting anything regarding the board... he just wants somthing for the bonding.

would you issue a minor?

 
I always thought main bonding was notifieble well there is a place for it on part p cert.

installing or upgrading main or supplementary equipotential bonding

is not notifiable even if its in a special location
