Car radiator fan vent.

No the fan will just draw the 10 amps it needs and the power supply should hapilly run at 2/3 of it's magimum power. BUT check first...

The meter tails through separate holes is fixed by taking them out and putting a hacksaw cut between the 2 holes then replacing them...
