I have a question about derating for grouping factors.
I understand how to use Cg (etc..) and why.
But what would be the maximum run of grouped cables to not have a derating factor applied?
eg. cables leaving the rear of a CU could be grouped for a very short run, possibly only ~50mm.
would Cg still be applied for the ~50mm due to that still being a 'hot spot'? or is there a minimum before we apply it?
