School Leaver looking for job as an Electrical Apprentice in East London Area.

I will be leaving school around June 2012 and would love to become an apprentice electrician. I expect to achieve positive Grades in my GCSE's, but am not keen to go to College for two years, as I would rather learn my skills by getting my hands dirty and learning whilst on the job. I am a very fast learner and a good team player and am extremely reliable. Becoming an Electrician has always appealed to me, as both my dad and Uncles were sign fitters and enjoyed their jobs very much and since I have always enjoyed the practical side of things, enjoyed working out problems in maths, etc., and been very energetic and agile, I believe that I would be an more than capable as an Electrican's Mate/Apprentice. (I also know that there in no such thing as a left-handed screwdriver) Ha! Ha!

Bradley, you would still need to do 3 years of college even though you might be on the tools so to speak.

As zz top says college is all part of an apprentiship as for left handed screwdriver i have three.
