Replacement switch was like for like as original only fitted by sparky 6 months ago and only due to damage to one dimmer button

Purchased a replacement 2 gang dimmer with a remote switch in kitchen.  Copied wiring (used photo) red/blue/white in top row (right to left)  2x red in bottom side with wire connector top red to bottom red.   Lights work OK but remote only works when dimmer light is on.  Dimmer works spot and 6...
