Hi Rob and Lurch ,
No not led.
The lights are existing, I had to bring a new circuit into the mix to the switch as the customer had attempted to wire it.
I was unaware the lights wasn't dimmable, customer purchased everything.
They are changing the lamps, I informed them I needed to...
Hi,
Just added a lighting circuit. Tested everything and all results fine.
I then added a dimmer to control the lighting and I get a buzzing from the mcb.
Is this due to the bulbs not designed to be dimmable, as when adjusting the dimmer the lights flicker. When on Full lights are fine...
Thanks sidewinder , I'd have to rent that equipment. The 1730 fluke looks ideal.
Wouldn't it be possible to visit during a busy period and take readings from each circuit using a clamp meter.
Ruston , this is compared against the previous months. I've explained the changes in climate, etc...
Hi,
Ive been asked by a local business to locate high usage within their sports center.
There are several DBs and they state their bill has increased 20% recently with no change in circumstances.

Hi,
Thanks for the replies , I wanted to preempt my vist by having the part.
Ive done some more readying and I know now I need a programmer and not a thermostat .
My apologise for the misinformation and thanks for everyone's input.
Dave , unfortunately mate I have no details as I've been passed this job from a friend.
Ruston, all I was told is the controller does both the hot water and heating. I'll find out more details tomorrow and let you know.
Thanks for replies .
The existing controller has a control for heating and water seperate.
This is two channel controller which I don't think will work.

Bluetobits , that looks like it would work.
Hi,
I need to replace a thermostat , the control must do the water and heating seperate.
Must I get a specific controller or will a Bobby basic programmable thermostat work?
Id personally keep it to one sparks, i say that only to avoid clashes between trades/schedules. That said, as Diddy mentioned if it can be organized properly they it can work.
I've just finished something similar, automation budget was much less. It was in South London and it was less.
