i tend to fit the 240v ones over the 12v because of the amount of transformers i have changed over time but i was told by another sparky that the 12v bulbs last longer tho , i do seem to change a lot of gu10 bulbs alot aswell! (50w)

hi all i passed my exams in oct 07 and im also a chippy but wanted to do electrical aswell (not done loads of big jobs yet as work was a bit quiet but starting to pick up now, im in the middle of my NICEIC app which i have to get 5 jobs ready for checking ,so i should pull my finger out! great...

i have only fitted one consumer unit an MK sentry which was nice to install but because im new to the game its just nice to no what other sparks have found to be good and reliable thanks for the info chaps:)

in terms of DB's which boards are the most popular for ease of fitting and good on quality ,price etc? thankyou in advance
