One more Q : in the over current device box for type (2nd column) do you just put B or the BSEN number... on my 2391 course the tutor said to put the BSEN number eg 60898 then B32 in rating etc but the OSG shows the example of B for type with just the value in the rating?

Do you need to list all circuits if you add 2 new circuits to spare ways on an existing consumer unit?
If so, do you just list them and put something like 'EXISTING CIRCUIT' across the boxes?

I recently replaced a shower and found no MP bonding, whoever had installed the shower had cut the cpc too short and shoved the 2.5 cpc in the water bond hole. So I moved the shower to the correct hole and sorted the water MPB, the not so funny thing was that the lady had just had a new kitchen...
Great thanks steptoe, why don't they just make it compulsary to add a rod to the eathing conductor in all TNC-S - bets and braces - cost is the obvious reason but is there any reason not to as if you can't get Zs in its one way right.
