Shared Neutral (not borrowed) 3 phase

I don't mean to detract from the sparkling discussion over load imbalance, In fact this installation ended up this way to get 3 machines off of one phase in the first place ! Should there be a vote as to the legitimacy regarding current(pun) regs ? seems mixed opinion has been observed !

Shared Neutral (not borrowed) 3 phase

as they can and are through the same dis board ! its actually about isolation from the outside world, I read somewhere but cant find it at the moment regarding depth of cables in walls or conduit type and special locations which seemed to justify the install.

Shared Neutral (not borrowed) 3 phase

3 single rcbo's are integral to the 3 socket outlets being fed by the 3p breaker its the equivalent of a single dis board on paper but separated in reality by steel conduit, the steel conduit I believe is important as it unifies the install as single circuit

Shared Neutral (not borrowed) 3 phase

Wow thank you for the replies on this, Im glad it pulled up a healthy debate as I have yet to find info on this scenario in a UK context, seems more common place in the states, So to recap it seems we are looking at legitimate according to regs but simply not best practice, this result based...

Shared Neutral (not borrowed) 3 phase

Treading the line, 314.4 of BS7671 states all circuits must be separate, I look at the following on paper and looks good? 3 pole breaker feeding 3 x single RCD protected (built in) sockets each on a different phase but sharing the neutral (one per machine), cables are routed via steel...
