Hi. I want to put spots in ceiling and bathroom. My flat is a new build just a very real bulb hanging down. What kit /type of lights/bulbs do I need to buy if I want to put dimmable lights in the ceiling?

The readings are actual. I gave them to octopus so I could get a picture of the daily cost of having it on 2 hours in morning and 3 hours at night.
