    I know you can use the brade as an earth for a swa cable but if there a reg to say after a certain size core a separate earth is to be ran?

    Please clear this up for me. If a manufacture says something in the instructions of an item do you have to comply? Where do we sit with the law? I've seen many people say they are only recommendations and some people say they override bs7671

    I have needed to replace an 100A 4P isolator on a DB. The supply cable is a bit short but long enough to get into the top of the isolator. Can I have a choice to terminate in the top or is there a requirment for me to terminate in the bottom then take the load out the top? The same question...
