That's true obviously max demand would go on the cert, I doubt they'll be pulling more than 16kw unless there filming masterchef in the flat and the cooker diversity goes out the window

Been to look at a job, the property is a 1st floor flat 3 bed , the service head is situated downstairs in communal external meter cupboard with 16mm tails (standard tails not PYRO 10mm which I have seen before) rising to the flats CU more than 3 metres away to board which is a BS3036 board...

heres the PIR, 360o also and only 1 door in brick garage so located ideally live out to PIR L-in out to L-Load , ago the newts and CPC in mita conduit box , no more pull cords or switching , thats what the fella wanted thats what he got , this model has up to half hour for musical statues ;o)...

i take the 20mm conduit to ceiling line and over to other side of garage wall , then to FCU then to PIR then to LED   the fella wanted 2 sockets adjacent to each other then decided 1 on other side of room 

customer supplied all the parts , its a 20a dp isolator , then i go to second socket other side of the room then to FCU to 1.5 to PIR  and had 5.5 on RAWLS red , very tight in brick, didn't have a 6mm SDS handy  

isolator , 1st socket & LED fluorescent , switched this with P.I.R occupancy

New garage supply from 13a FCU on ring , 32 60898 , 80a split 30ma , Circuit is as goes  Spur (from exisiting Ring) to Outside double socket garden- then to shed DP isolator - x2 sockets , then FCU to 5a for LED fluorescent - 12 metre run spur to fluorescent 2.5 and 1.5  , i would say minor...

Morning, SBS Dave , we are gaining access to each property turn by turn day by day and then checking existing boards, because of the micc in 95% of these properties and the short tails terminated inside them we have to then purchase depending on location of main switch, otherwise its adaptable...

i just purchased the full range x 3 packs and also stuffings T/E Flat 1-6mm range, and the 32 for 16 tails and 40 for 25s, just started a housing co-operative contract and replacing all boards mainly C2s for BS3036s and of course section 701, theyve decided to go for new boards all round...

has anyone been using whisk brand SPRINT Grommets for am3 metal boards , just ordered 3 sets that come in a selection pack of 20 25 32mm, any reviews would be welcome
