    Cooker connection

    Hi, Iv got a electric cooker and hobb to install but the oven is seperate in center of kitchen. Iv run 10 mm supply but do I connect supply to dp cooker switch then to hobb through switch and from supply side of switch run another feed to another cooker switch for oven on island?? Cheers

    rcd tripping

    Hi, got all sockets tripping for no apparent reason, were fine then sockets just tripped, customer says no d.i.y being done or anything else. I asked how old the consumer unit was, about twenty yr old, a metal box. Could the problem be a faulty rcd? All the sockets are on one rcd.
