    If all above you done, and working the house battery will be discharging to house load check the inverter lcd screen for real time numbers. If not the battery is not set to discharge so check in the settings Basic or Advanced using the PW from before to access the information.

    Did you check the inverter lcd screen when you turned the kettle on, Did the battery discharge at 3000w? if so good. the phone app is delayed by 5 mins so check that aswell.... screen shot of inverter screen lcd and phone app would be nice to appraise the connections

    The CT clamp on the brown Live cable but turn the Clampp around so the Arrow points towards Grid and do a Kettle test to se if the battery discharges at 3000w depending on your kettle wattage power output An Quick test

    Live Meter Tail before Henley block Arrow facing Grid as per documentation It only takes seconds to undo and put back on. Do kettle test to see if battery is discharging 3000w

    The phone App can do all settings as inverter PW for Advanced 6868 or 2014 for inverters

    Your placement is correct as the manual just the “Arrow” is pointing the wrong way! Read the downloaded manual When satisfied after reading just undo the clip and turn it upside down so the “Arrow “ on the CT clamp is pointing to the Grid.

    The bottom CT clamp is correct for the iBoost +. Undo the tab on the top CT clamp and turn it 180 so the “Arrow” faces towards the Grid.

    The manual for the G4 Hybrid shows the CT clamp direction towards the Grid, Look at the manual or download it Your picture shows the the CT clamp “Arrow” pointing towards the Consumer Unit and Not towards the Public Grid
