    We have a 3 core steel armoured cable running down there which I have laid myself (trenched) over the last two days to save costs which will supply a double waterproof socket.     Thanks all for the advice. Spoke to the electrician who is putting a 13amp supply there. Have ditched the heater and bought a small heat pump instead. The cost of installing and running a 32amp supply just to run an incredibly expensive heater will be significantly more than the cost of the heat...
