Hi. I currently have a superswitch immersion heater timer and I think it is faulty. When the switch is in the "TIMER" position, I do not receive hot water (maybe luke warm but not hot) even though the dials are set to come on in the morning and evening. If I put the switch to "ON", I can be assured of hot water. Full Size Image (this is not mine but it is the same) http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/4435/bnywnmgbwkkgrhqmhc0etsf.jpg Before I take any actions I would like to ask two questions: 1. Is it that I could have a faulty timer? 2. Is it possible to update this to a digital timer? I would like to have more control of my heating over the weekend and not be restricted to the same week day settings. Thank you for any advice in advance. Ben
