Hi I’m new here , I confused couple questions???

Q 1 For design and construction of a new installation,

(a) explain the term ‘preferred supplier’(in relation to electrical parts supplier).

(b) explain the term ‘nominated contractor’.

(c) state TWO sets of regulations that are used when DESIGNING an installation.

Q2 Where a 30mA RCBO to BSEN61009 is used for ‘additional protection’,

(a) state the maximum disconnection time at x5 I∆n.

(b) state the THREE test currents that will be applied by the RCD test instrument during testing.

(c) detail how a ‘nuisance trip’ test is carried out using an RCD tester.

(d) With reference to BS7671:2018, state an exception where an RCD is not required for additional protection for 13A socket outlets.
