It Comes In 3's

They say it comes in 3's well here's my 3 for this week so far,

1, Heater install do all the leccy bits heater working fine control boxes blows.

2, Hot water boiler has 4 immersion heater elements,One at top of tank other three at bottom

check all elements one of the bottom one's is U/S so disconnect that all other reading ok

so power back up then bang from another on the bottom no probs disconnects then notice

water p****** out so turn in coming water off but valve U/S won't turn fully off so bite the bullet

have do pulled out element while still full of water and put the other on in got soaked.

3, Testing a new heater all tests ok the power back up then find out later the high limit stat has

gone U/S so now heating in building still new stat delivered.

hope you left the working immersion on long enough to warm the water before taking a shower
