Low profile downlights

Mate building a man cave, doesn’t have a huge amount of headroom inside and there will only be about 30mm gap between plasterboard face and the celotex style insulation. Can gouge out some of the insulation if required but I rather not.
Anyone recommend a low profile downlight please.
