3G4 would be 3 cores, 1 designated as earth, 4mm conductors.

Really so 3G4 would have a green/yellow conductor, not heard this before.

don't forget to calculate the volt drop if it is a long run. 12ma (per amp per meter). At 32 amps I make that max length of 30mtrs (=5% at 230v).

Is that Zs or Ze?

It would be the Zs at the point where the new circuit starts, sometimes called Zdb

Would be pointless doing Zs, as what about all the wiring inbetween the origin and where the new circuit starts. You would have to work out the R1 + R2 for that bit too then..
