People seem to worry about their main fuses on xmas day but cooking for 7 wasn't an issue and yes it was about 22kwh but as it was so warm down here, we hardly used the heating all day

Have a good none

I had to just forget it about it yesterday, knew we would consume alot so tried not to think about it (I did keep looking tho), no heating during the day at all as was plenty warm enough. Entertaining 15, so it's fine! Includes 2 tanks of hot water ( 1 over night) from the electric, full electric cooking, batteries charged to about 80% over night and force charged as they got low, dish washer 3 times in the day, with general entertaining. It's only once a year!
Luckily the suns shining today😜

We managed with just 2 kWh of import with batteries and solar feeding the 29 kWh of consumption. Really happy with it all. Not running the heatpump at the minute due to low price of gas.
