Just fitted one of these and read on the box that it has a time delay of 2 minutes before it activates, so it's good for those who want a "quick visit" without the extractor fan coming on!
Not cheap though!
and if you do get one don't buy Airflow's control switch, just get a 3 position switch (on1 off on2).... much cheaper
