Hive installation on Alpha CD25C

Im trying to self fit HIve to an Alpha CD25C that has the extra clock and a wired thermostat fitted.
This is the diagram from the boiler manual.

1&3, but since you appear to not be able to understand basic diagrams, are you sure your competent to be doing this?

so:

Live - Live

Neutral - Neutral

Earth - Earth

3 on hive to 1 (switched live on boiler)

What about '2 Heating off' on Hive?

Also Boiler currently has clock and wired themostat, I remove the wiring from 1 and 2 but do I replace the Link?

forget heating off, thats only for Y plan

remove link, fit 1&3 where contacts on thermostat / timer on boiler drawing is

so hive 1 goes to boiler 2

and hive 3 goes to boiler 1

is this correct?

I don't do much Central Heating BUT I thought Y plan needed a HW off and not CH off.

i may well be wrong, as I said, I don't do much CH
