Timely warning for any Flukateers  out there .

Bet they bought in some cheapo  far Eastern leads  to save money....now its costing  mega money to  do a recall.

And I ask again ....why are leads so damn expensive  ...they're usually only  18"  long  with a croc  on the end  . ?

In this case the daftest thing is making the lead captive to the tester.  If it just plugged in, then the remedy to the problem would just be send a new lead to anyone affected.

I doubt I have a tester on it's original set of leads, they get damaged, you replace them. Except with these you can't.

my T140 is now on its 3rd lead. not at easy swap, the PCB has to be removed and the old lead desoldered and the new one soldered in. probe end its cut then crimped & heatshrinked
