    Hi Leesparkykent, Thanks for reply. This customer wants to control CH & DHW from the Nest so I guess the motor valve needs to move position. Not a problem getting the boiler to come on but if I think correctly you have to get the programmer to be on all the time or am I missing something...

    Hi All, Has anyone fitted NEST to this boiler as it has on board 3 position valve. Surely you do not have to cut into boilers on board wiring loom as its all plugs & skts. The Nest diagrams only show seperate DHW & CH motor valves. ????

    Hi Gents, I worked in Eire for a 13 yrs there they used NYM cable as used on the continent round white triple insulation 3x 1.5   3x 2.5 etc and its available in 100m 250m or 1 kilometer easy to clip and install inside or out. Why don't we use it in GB apart from not Basec or BS approved as far...

    Pulling the main fuse

    Hi All, Search Stephen P Wales on the net, buy pliers and seals and reseal every head or fuse without seal you work near. Then they are safe, then when supplier comes to do work they will replace seal with their own. I was told by Siemens senior eng they will not prosecute for isolating.
