I think i need clarification on 'input fuse' as shown on the Mig range table in earlier post. Is this fuse refering to the fuse inside the welder?

Sorry, i made an error when writing the first post. The caravan hookup unit comes with a 32A RCBO. I wish to downsize to 25A 'slow blow' RCBO, as recommended by the manufacturer of the welder - Tecarc 231 mig
