Need quick help for tomorrow.

On my rig i have a radial circuit,2 way lighting and swa supply circuit.

What tests do i have to do for continuity and insulation resistance

I know that IR test is P-N / P-E/ N-E but is that done at the consumer unit?

Is continuity just Phase - Furthest CPC (in switches + lights etc)?

Thanks!

Correct for IR test. Don't forget to toggle switches for lighting.

For continuity link L&E for each circuit at the CU. Test between L-E at lights & socket outlets, make sure you test on the switched live and again toggle switches, to prove polarity.

Do you have to test the SWA?

If so disconnect from supply and repeat procedures as above.

Got a referall unfortunately, didnt get round to testing. We have 2.5 days to do it and when i was about to start the half day they told me that i wouldnt finish in time! Only had to put one saddle in and start wiring!

So, got to do it all again.

The plastic conduit bends is what slows me down, i keep messing it up! Any tips?
