Beko fridge reminder

Called to a house today to make safe kitchen electrics after a Beko fridge caught fire and destroyed the kithen & bathroom. so just a reminder if you see any, make sure the owners are aware of the recall nand to check if its affected

2009 models are not affected, only 2000-2006. although if its second hand then it may be old enough to be affected

It was a Beko. Fridge was gone when i was there, so dont know exact model number / serial number & year. just charred walls where it was along with heat damage to anything high up & smoke damage to kitchen, bathroom and a little bit into dining room.

Smoke detectors done their job (and got well cooked, almost directly above)

No idea whats going to happen from now - the property is rented. i got a call from agent to do what i can to get some power back on

Some LEC fridges are also affected with this problem.
