As the learner driver had a witness and no police was called at the time, say you got a witness too also i would put on the claim form that the third party reversed at lights and hit your vehicle whilst driver and other person was smoking a spliff on phone. fight fire with fire.

Mrs Ext15, has received a second calim for whiplash, by the passenger (the instructor)..

So we've rang the Insurance company, explaining we have Hi Quality pictures of the impact, where you can see the slightest of marks (if any?)..

We've told Aviva, we believe it to be a fraudulent claim (they've noted that)..

They've told us to give our insurance details, at the last minute.

I hate insurance companies and ambulance chasers with a passion and can't stand the sue each other for everything attitude of people, totally corrupt. This is England not America.

Most whiplash injuries can be avoided by a correctly adjusted head rest anyway.

I think I might start sueing people for the trauma I face everytime I get my insurance renewal through the door!!!
