Energy measurement meters

Hi,
Standard single phase electric supply serving a detached dwelling - fed from the internal house CU is a further 8mm supply cable feeding an outbuilding (additional 6way CU).
I’m looking for recommendations for a low cost meter to monitor the energy usage of the outbuilding. Any thoughts?
