The link I see only requests your company details, market sector, size of business (i.e. number of PPE users). I don't see an entry for no of pairs of glasses. As Kerching suggest it could well be a single pair as a sample, with the other information only for future marketing campaigns.

I could really do with sourcing some corrective safety glasses,,, however I think that I'll need bifocal as I have to now take my glasses off to see close up, whereas I could previously get away without taking them off.. I'm due an eye test towards the end of the year so we'll see
