What's the name of the company?

Where in London ?

What's the wage?

As others have said if an employee there own NIC is useless to your company, it will be there registration, they could sub to you. Also if employed that person might struggle to get there own jobs and time for re assessment.

Why not just say,

'Our company has a shed load of electrical work and would like a Registered QS to join us.

We have enough work to keep you busy and would like to get our own company registered and for you to be our QS.

Wages are £200 a day, + over time, company van, diesel (for the van and your misses car, brother inlaws van and best mate Dave's diesel Audi) tool allowance, clothing, and as much materials you can carry home each day without been noticed.'

Phone number and email might be handy also
