I have just discovered a 2016 model attached to ours when trying to change fit providers ,and once it is plugged in the reset button is virtually inaccessible. Has anyone encountered this and any ideas how to get it done? I've spent a frustrating morning with a paper clip with no luck

I use a small screwdriver...and yes its a pain..
