Uneducated guess:
Presumably load restrictions are how many amps the fuse is in your meter cupboard, 60/80/100A, which is the upper limit on input to house,

then internally how many amps the inverter can handle to supply battery

and the total of how much different appliances use?

Hi Adrian
I have just installed a Lux Squirrelpod battery system to add to existing solar. Like you, I considered Give Energy but preferred the more modular nature of the Lux system (easier to add batteries) and the greater charge and discharge rates which are important to me in an energy hungry farmhouse. A couple of minor glitches at the start but swiftly sorted by the excellent ASK Renewables who did a fabulous installation. So far so good. I'm with Octopus Agile and have also applied for an export MPAN.
