Up until now I've been a Cheese Wire Method exponent.

But now I suffer with arthritis in my thumb so I'm looking for something to do the work for me - any suggestions please? Thanks.

I’m a Stanley knife on cable end angled slightly in towards the earth and slice up type of guy.
Having lightly prescored the outer sheath at the point where I want it to end.

If you can squeeze your hand you may want to try a pair of Click me easy to use, and you can use it several times on the cable (instead of doing "cheese wire" all the way down) You can strip the cores too when needed. Oh, and it will strip flex.
