I'm a bit confused. Does my residential 3ph Meter read: Active Power or Apparent Power for kWh Consumption
BTW - my meter is an old ABB TYPE E43B3B-RH
I cant find anything on that meter of the 'RH' variant.
The meter is fitted in a Residential house on a Consumer Tariff, but billing is very high and I have some Current Transformers on the phases that show one phase with a power factor < 0.5, other are about 0.85.
