Sense check on compatibility

A friend is being suggested a solar Edge inverter for his system and has asked me if it sounds like a good fit.
Could you make comment please.

He has initailly 20 jinko jkm435n ( 435WSIC, 327WNOCI, 37.2 Voc, 30.33 Vpm, 10.78A), with space for ten more.
Tigo TSA-A-O optimisers, on each panel
SolarEdge SE10000H inverter ( Vmax 480,Vnom,400,Imax25.5)

the inverter has 3 Mppt inputs, and the suggestion is 2 then 3 strings of 10 panels

I cant find a startup V, and the I x 3 from the panels is > I max of the inverter ( but I don't thin that matters)

that's what I was given as happening.......................sounded strange to me but , didn't want to prejudice the reply............ should I hard stop him for a better solution?

Solaredge has its own power modules in the panels, which are far superior to Tigo. I don't think you can use Tigo with solaredge inverters anyway.
