Solax battery issue

Just after some help.

Solax hybrid inverter -1x5.8 battery.

Everything working fine except once panels stop producing the battery is not supplying full demand of house. (No where near limit of battery/inverter, Whether that’s 1kw or 200w. If I put it into manual it’s fine but self use not so.

Appears to happen whether it’s drawing 1.5kw or 250w

Sounds like it's in the wrong 'mode' ie set for UPS rather than self consumption.

I have double checked and its on self use.

Double check amp clamp if you havn't already. Might be worth contacting Solax technical helpline as it maybe a software glitch.
