Force discharge to grid on a Solax batter/inverter system

I have solax inverter / batteries and installed home assistant.

I would like to force discharge for 1 hour between 4pm and 5pm and allow discharge of battery between 0500 and 0200 and charge up the battery between 0200 and 0500.

The bit I am stuck on is changing it from self use mode to manual force discharge automatically for the one hour between 4-5pm and reverting it back to self use after 5pm

If you can make it work that could be a good idea as flux will get you 23.5 p pr kwh
