How is this for service then.
I had a problem with my fairly new Megger 1553 this week, suddenly found the 13A Plug in lead would not give any readings on any tests ,
it just read <50v.
I Noted Megger Mark had been on the Forum so PMd him for ideas.
As I am not to far away from Norwich he suggested I call in for them to take a look ( I had not bgt it from them)
As I was in Norwich today I popped in and one of the repair Guys looked at it straight away, found a connection fault, Replaced the connection socket panel complete and I am back to full function.
Thanks Mark and your Guys for a 1st Class service, I know where my first port of call will be in future for any Meter problems or needs.
PS As a note to assist the repair guys TAKE OFF THE STRAPS before you send in your 1500 type test gear, it has to come off to open them up and will help them out.
