I was told by my local test centre that you are not allowed to put notes in the book only post it’s not even highlights,is that right?

If you are training there then you need to comply with their rules.

Generally your notes are not permitted but tags highlighting folding corners etc should all be ok. So long as you are not adding information just making the existing easier to find.

Some centres only like clean new regs so that they do not need to worry at all.

Best not take my book in then, the 'Notes' pages are full of notes...

Taking the 17th edition  we were encouraged to mark  specific pages  with stick on tabs .

Same with me. Although I don’t know why I bothered, I retired a couple of weeks later.
