Thanks for the link. Had found that earlier but it doesn’t give details on the actual room controller. This is wireless and It must sync with the fan which is in a ceiling void somewhere. On taking the front cover it has a cr2032 button battery and what looks like 4 program switches. Plus the fan seems to ramp up and down when it feels like it. Annoying or what!

If you've studied the documents there, I can only suggest you contact the company by phone or e-mail to discuss your issues. Maybe invest in a new battery first, just in case.....

Do you know where the Fan unit is? The dip switches on the remote must match the dip switches on the fan unit.
