asked to quote for a new water heater cct
6 way old wylex ( 2 lights, cooker, house ring, garage ring )which has a spare way and customer wants it in trunking
looks at first a mornings work............
4mm bonding to water and gas
look in meter cupboard 10mm tails,, 4mm main earth no indication of size of main fuse.
osg says 10mm clipped good for more than 60 amps but it goes up a cavity (2m) with the dreaded white loose bead insulation
my head is telling me cu upgrade which will cost as the testing is going to throw up some trouble...
any thoughts ?
